Telling about my photostory

Hello.. let’me introduce my self. My name is Silki Anisa Hidayat, a student from IPB University in Bogor. I’d love to shot a moment and make it as photograph. Now, I’m gonna show you my project, a photostory. It’s a pleasure I can make this photostory and guided by Mr. Ramadian bachtiar as my mentor for this project. I’m telling story about situation since corona disease comes to Indonesia and we have to stay at home for social distancing. I mean, it was a hard time for us especially some people lost their job. If I think about it, so many people get in trouble especially in their economy life, how about corona disease affect to people who has lower economic and live in the red zone?

3 month after we do social distancing, we continue life as new normal. I was in Bogor to hunting my photos, and I met Mr. Idrus. He is the last barber in the sidewalk of Kebun Raya Bogor. He begin his bussiness since 2002. Yeah, 18 years he still survive until now. Joy and sorrow he had gone through since he start his bussiness. But, unfortunetely he have to get through big problem, the corona disease. He get his income from people who walked in the sidewalk of Kebun Raya Bogor. And now, he can’t get income from his bussiness because less people go outside.

We should care to people around us. Mr. Idrus is just one of those people who need our attention. There is so many people out there like Mr. Indrus. We need to move together, because we are strong, we are young and we can through this problem together.

Kerang Hijau dan Laut Utara Ibu Kota oleh Silki Anisa Hidayat Pak Ci sedang membawa hasil tangkapan kerang hijaunya ke kapal Hidup menjadi seorang nelayan di negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia bukan menjadi suatu hal yang asing lagi. Mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia yang tinggal di pesisir bekerja sebagai nelayan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Indonesia sendiri dikenal memiliki sumberdaya hayati laut yang melimpah. Berbagai macam cara dimanfaatkan masyarakat baik dari perikanan tangkap hingga perikanan budidaya. Pemanfaatan sumberdaya hayati laut oleh masyarakat pesisir tidak hanya dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang tinggal di pelosok. Ditengah hiruk pikuk ibukota, masyarakat yang tinggal di pesisir utara DKI Jakarta pun hingga saat ini masih bertahan hidup bergantung dengan sumberdaya laut Jakarta. About Silki

Hi, Let me introduce myself, my name is Silki Anisa Hidayat. I am 21 years old. I was born in Bogor on 29th November 1998. I live in Depok. Currently, I’m studying as a sixth-semest er student in Marine Science and Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Science, IPB University. In addition to my study, I also learn to dive. More precisely, I learn to be a scientific diver. So I don't only dive to enjoy sea views but also to identify marine creatures like coral, fish, and macrobenthos. The information that I collect is used for scientific reports. My hobby is photography, so I joined in two student organizations (Fisheries Diving Club (FDC-IPB) and Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu dan Teknologi Kelautan (HIMITEKA-IPB) to helping out with their communication and documentation work.
